Collaborating with IDF Europe Youth Forum

We have brought together a group of ISLET scientists and young people with diabetes, who are part of IDF Europe Youth Forum, to share their stories. The on-going project hopes to provide ISLET scientists with insights from those with lived experience of Diabetes, to make our research relevant for those who we aspire to help. 

The young people are also helping ISLET think of the best ways of connecting other young people with diabetes with ISLET research. There is an abundance of creative ideas including animations, a live question and answer event in February 2022 and blogs, all produced together.
