ISLET annual consortium meeting

After a challenging first year, solving unforeseen problems due to the global pandemic ISLET members came together to update, re-connect and look to the future. The unique nature of the ISLET consortium lies in the range and quality of expertise of its partners; expertise including cell and molecular biology, bioinformatics, cell-therapy manufacturing, patient advocacy, clinical diabetology, to name a few. Bringing these experts together means our meetings are invigorating and creative, solving the challenges together that need to be overcome to make a cell-therapy for diabetes a reality.
