Third ISLET Consortium Meeting

The third annual 2-day meeting of the ISLET consortium took place near Munich, Germany on the 21st and 22nd February 2023. The inter-disciplinary nature of the challenges of bringing a cell therapy for diabetes further towards a reality requires challenging problem solving. ISLET partners work together to solve these and the annual meeting provides a fruitful, focused opportunity to discuss progress and identify solutions. Being joined by representation from IDF Europe provides perspective from those affected by diabetes, a viewpoint ISLET sees as essential to the development of a diabetes therapy.
