ISLET consortium meet in Copenhagen

On Tuesday 6th December ISLET came together for a 2-day hybrid meeting to discuss project progress. To bring a cell-therapy for Diabetes Type 1 to the clinic many obstacles need to be overcome. ISLETs expanse of expertise is needed to do this, and the meeting of the whole team provides the fertile opportunity for finding creative solutions. Invigorating scientific discussion and presentations were complemented by an inspiring video from IDF Europe Youth Forum, explaining why connecting with ISLET is special to them.
